Automation & Generative AI Specialist (Low-Code / No-Code)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on
Automation & Generative AI Specialist
who can design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows using low-code/no-code tools. This role focuses on
execution, experimentation, and business automation
, not academic research.

You will work closely with leadership and operations teams to automate internal processes, customer workflows, and AI assistants across sales, HR, operations, and support.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Workflow Design

• Design and implement end-to-end automations using
  low-code / no-code platforms
• Automate business processes across:
• Sales & lead management
• Customer support
• HR & recruitment
• Internal operations & reporting
• Integrate multiple tools via APIs and webhooks

Generative AI & AI Agents

• Build and deploy
  AI assistants / agents
  using LLMs (ChatGPT, GPT-4/5, Claude, etc.)
