Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and optimizing automated workflows (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
• Support CRM and system integrations
• Help automate internal processes across recruitment, marketing, and operations
• Research and test AI tools to improve efficiency
• Document workflows and create SOPs for automation processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
