Automation Lead

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement automation strategies to optimize manufacturing, quality control, and other operational processes.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, IT, and operations, to implement automation solutions effectively.
- Ensure automation systems comply with regulatory requirements, such as FDA, EMA, cGMP, GAMP 5, and other applicable standards.
- Oversee validation and qualification activities, including IQ, OQ, PQ, and periodic reviews of automated systems.
- Monitor and maintain automation systems to ensure reliability, accuracy, and optimal performance.
