**Lead of Digital Transformation & Automation**
**Position Objective**
This role will oversee the end-to-end factory automation and digital transformation strategy for our medical device manufacturing operations. You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation systems and digital solutions, bridging technical excellence with business objectives.
**Responsibilities:**
**Automation & Digital Strategy Leadership** : Develop and execute the factory automation and digital transformation roadmap, leading the deployment of advanced technologies in production processes such as assembly and testing to achieve full automation. Define short-to-medium-term implementation roadmaps for process improvements and monitor post-project performance.
