Automation Maintenance Supervisor

**Position Overview** The incumbent is responsible for direct supervision of a subset of the automation maintenance team and the planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks using a computerized maintenance management system. This role works primarily with automated material handling systems and the technicians that maintain those systems but also has frequent interaction with other business units onsite. The scope of responsibility for this role consists of $2+ million in labor and spare parts spend, administration of a 24x7x365 maintenance environment and effective leadership and development of 5+ hands-on technicians. The incumbent will actively participate in and facilitate meetings related to maintenance and operations. They will be responsible for data tracking and analysis, budget and spend management and certain vendor relations, under the direction of an Automation Maintenance Manager and supportive upward management chain.
