What You Will Do:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of automation engineers

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team

Provide technical oversight on automation and RPA projects

Work closely with stakeholders to drive status updates and calls

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and manage stakeholders

Evaluate and select appropriate RPA/automation platforms( Uipath, Automation Anywhere, Power Platform)

What You Will Need:
_ Solution Architect or Advance Developer Certifications in one of the RPA platforms(Uipath, Automation anywhere)
