We're Hiring: Automation & Onboarding Specialist 100% Remote

We are seeking a tech-savvy and proactive Automation & Onboarding Specialist to design, launch, and manage lead-to-client automations using ManyChat, PRO COACH Notion, and Klaviyo.

Your work will turn new online and in-person training leads into buyers and ensure that every client has a seamless, high-touch onboarding experience—without manual intervention from the business owner.

What You'll Be Doing

Automation Setup (Lead to Buyer):

• Build and optimize chatbot flows in ManyChat, connecting Instagram/Facebook to capture, qualify, and follow up with leads.
• Integrate ManyChat with payment systems (e.g., Stripe, Wix, PayPal) to automate the purchase process.
• Create automated hand-offs from chat to checkout, minimizing manual lead follow-up.
