About The Role

The Automation Operations Team Lead will be responsible for owning, managing, improving, and scaling all automation initiatives within the Operations department. This role requires someone who can fully immerse themselves in the day-to-day realities of Operations while also thinking holistically from a director-level perspective. The ideal candidate will understand each operational vertical, identify automation opportunities, prioritize business-critical needs, and guide the automation team to deliver solutions that directly improve efficiency, accuracy, visibility, cost control, and operational performance.
