Job Description
The Automation Sales Specialist is responsible for driving new automation-related business opportunities across industrial markets. This role is focused on proactive outreach, early engagement, and application-level discussions with prospective clients. Success in this position requires a high level of initiative, comfort with cold outreach, and the ability to identify automation challenges and convert them into value-driven solutions.
While the role is strongly growth-oriented, the Automation Sales Specialist will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure opportunities are aligned with Team Power Solutions’ broader service offerings and long-term client strategy.
