We are seeking a practical and hands‑on Automation Solution Engineer to support day‑to‑day operations of automated systems, including first‑level technical support for AutoStore operations and routine robotic maintenance .

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor automation system performance and carry out troubleshooting when required.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic and automation equipment.
• Provide Level 1 support in basic hardware troubleshooting.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintain accurate system documentation.
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors and external contractors.
• Assist in the implementation of new automation projects and system rollouts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including warehouse operations and vendors.
