Automation Specialist

We are hiring a
high-level Automations & Systems Architect

to own, optimize, and evolve our internal automation ecosystem.

This is not a yes sir role.

This person must:

• Think strategically
• Proactively suggest improvements
• Identify bottlenecks
• Design scalable systems
• Challenge inefficient processes
• Bring new automation ideas weekly

You will work directly with the COO to design the nervous system of the company.

Core Responsibilities
Automation Architecture & Ownership

Build and maintain automations using:

• Zapier
• Make
• GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Bonsai PSA
• Slack
• Google Workspace
• Typeform / PandaDoc / Other tools as needed

Map out end-to-end flows:

• Sales → Contract → Client Creation
• Onboarding → Department Assignment
• Task Creation → Slack Routing
