Automation Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

• Responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that the project involves
• Oversees all aspects of a venture, including planning, budgeting, personnel, and more
• Spends a good amount of time at the project site and ensures work is being completed safely and efficiently

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs PLC, HMI, and Scada programming
• Performs commissioning of the variable frequency drives and system instruments
• Performs FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
• Supports pre-sales requirements, site surveys, and meetings
• Provides field support service to customer
• Performs all other functions that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATION

• At least 3 years experience in industrial automation
• Able to read, interpret, modify, troubleshoot PLC program, HMI, VFD, Servo Drive.
