Automation Specialist

We are establishing a Greenfield manufacturing facility in Tlaxcala, Mexico, as a flagship Industry 4.0 facility with state‑of‑the‑art automation and digitization. We need an Automation Engineer to support the design, implementation, and ongoing operations of the new plant, acting as the local SME for startup, stabilization, and continued maintenance.

• Collaborate with CAPEX, engineering maintenance, facility teams, vendors, and service providers to support CAPEX setup and plant operations by improving and maintaining automation systems on the shop floor, automated warehouse, and building management systems.
