Education: Degree in Industrial, electrical Engineering, mechanic, computer.

Experience: 5 a 8 years of experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience, Customer contact, introduction of new products, Leading customer meeting.

* Manage the operations and projects of the automation laboratory, maintaining its profitability.

* Lead the department's development toward innovation and new industrial technology trends such as Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things.

* Maintain the plant's leading position in the development of automated processes and contribute high-impact solutions to the regional value chain.
