Education: Degree in Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Mechanic, Computer.

Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience. Customer contact, introduction of new products, leading customer meeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations and projects of the automation laboratory, maintaining its profitability.
• Lead the department's development toward innovation and new industrial technology trends such as Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things.
• Maintain the plant's leading position in the development of automated processes and contribute high-impact solutions to the regional value chain.
