Job Description

                    Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems supporting continuous process operations across the QAFCO ammonia and urea fertilizer plant
Perform configuration, programming, and modification of PLC logic (Siemens S7, Allen Bradley, or equivalent) and SCADA/HMI interfaces under approved Management of Change (MOC) procedures
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on field instrumentation, control panels, actuators, solenoid valves, and automation hardware; ensure minimal process disruption during interventions
Support DCS (Honeywell Experion, ABB 800xA, or equivalent) maintenance activities including controller backups, loop checks, alarm rationalization, and functional safety testing
