Automation Technician

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated machinery used in glove production lines (e.g. dipping lines, stripping machines, packaging machines).

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation systems to minimize downtime.

Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, sensors, actuators, motors, inverters, and pneumatic systems.

Support machine setup, adjustment, and commissioning for production runs.

Identify automation-related faults and implement effective solutions promptly.

Assist in machine upgrades, modification, and automation improvement projects.

Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.

Prepare basic maintenance records and report recurring machine issues.
