Automation Technician

Job Scope:

• Responsible to provide support on the Automation System. To attend and carry out fault finding, diagnosis and recovery of systems from breakdowns.
• To perform routine preventive maintenance as per scheduled by maintenance planner.
• Responsible to update and create Job Aids as and when is needed.
• Responsible to carry instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
• Responsible to perform backup and restore machine program.
• To execute work order and record job performed via Maximo System

Requirements:

• ITC/ Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma from Control/ Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Instrumentation Engineering or related disciplines
• 3 years of experience working in pharmaceutical/nutritional manufacturing facility and automation food processing
• Hands-on experience with SCADA/HMI systems (GE Proficy iFix, Siemens WinCC, Wonderware InTouch, FactoryTalk) and packaging sys...
