Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop ICT/Boundary Scan/Flying Probe/MDA test libraries.
  • Develop ICT/Boundary Scan/Flying Probe/MDA test procedures.
  • Develop burning libraries for ICT.
  • Introduce and research new testing technologies.
  • Analyse DFT and coverage for new products and optimizing test procedures.
  • Receive, introduce and transfer RDor other sitedocuments and data.
  • Optimize production technology, review and introduce ECR/ECO/ECN.
  • Support and assist with vendor technology.
  • Responsible for the setup, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning of Keysight ICT I3070
