Automation Test Engineer

Responsibilities

· Prepare test designs, test cases, test data to ensure quality and reliability of complex bioinformatics functions/features

· Analyze data and troubleshooting issues

· Develop and maintain automated function tests.

· Perform test activities, primarily, within a micro-services platform.

· Develop, execute and maintain performance tests and other non-functional tests.

· Report and manage software anomalies in the SDLC.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of experience of manual and automated testing for web-based applications.

· Proficiency in programing/scripting languages, such as Java, Typescript

· Proficiency in testing frameworks, such as Junit, TestNG, Selenium Web-Driver, Playwright (puppeteer)

· Proficiency in HTTP protocol and HTTP REST API.

· Practical experience in following tools Confluence, Jira, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.

· Practical understanding of Agile SDLC.
