Automation Test Lead

Automation Test LeadZCC is currently hiring a:**Main Responsibilities**- Test Leads will continue working as Test Analyst for RCIS at 70%- As Test Lead, role that must consume between 20 and 30% of his / her time.During this period, he / she will:- Communicate, on a weekly basis with the team he/she will be leading to check on their progress, discuss potential issues or bottlenecks and make sure that his/her objectives are achievable.
- Reach technical team when additional support is required.
- Maintain follow-up communication with RCIS QA Managers (periodicity to be discussed with them based on their needs).
- Identify potential issues with team members.
- Support Service Manager in:- Review and evaluate Operational Model.
- Career Path Definition and Evolution (technical branch)- Design of Trainings & Certifications Planning for employees**Who we are.
