What you’ll do?
Lead and manage testing team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members. 
Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans tailored to P&C insurance applications. 
Design, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and ensure thorough testing coverage. 
Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the client's development teams to ensure timely resolution. 
Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not impacted by new changes. 
Design/update/execute automated test scripts to validate the user stories and ensure adequate test coverage
