- Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the Kryon RPA platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and security.
• Provide BAU support for RPA processes, including patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving automation issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand automation requirements and implement effective RPA solutions.
• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining automated workflows for business processes.
• Help on the BAU Support for the test management platform and related systems, ensuring smooth integration with automation tools.
• Help the team leverage test management systems to track and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices for RPA and testing processes. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
