About the Client

You'll support an established Australian services business with multiple branches. They rely heavily on online forms, payments, and automations to create jobs and keep operations moving. The team is practical, fast-moving, and values reliability, clear communication, and clean execution.

Your Impact

Within 90 days, you'll stabilise critical automations, reduce breakdowns that disrupt staff and customers, and bring order to an unmanaged Zapier environment. This role isn't about being told every step — it's about owning problems, finding fixes, and keeping systems humming.

Key Responsibilities

• Own breakdowns and urgent fixes across key workflows (WordPress → Gravity Forms → Zapier → Stripe → SimPro → Podio/CRM).
• Zapier audit + rebuild: review ~50–60 zaps, identify what's outdated/unused, and reduce to the ~1...
