THE JOB: Responsible for the implementation and compliance to the service standard policy of all Suzuki automobile dealers. Ensures all technical processes are being applied by Suzuki dealer service workshops. Monitor the service activities and performance of dealers thru analysis of technical reports and instructs course of action to dealer service personnel.
THE PERSON:
• Must have a Bachelor's degree Mechanical Engineering or Automotive course
• Has related work experience in the automotive manufacturing or automobile dealership industry
• With relevant exposure and/or technical knowledge in engine/mechanical repair
• Willing to execute field assignments
• Must be a licensed and strictly experienced 4-wheel driver
