automobile sales training assistant supervisor

Responsible for implementing comprehensive training plan and programs geared towards building the competencies of dealership sales personnel at different levels, which covers facilitating training programs related to sales skills and processes, product orientation, among other developmental training aimed to augment the capabilities of automobile dealers' workforce in realizing sales objectives.

What we're looking for:

• Graduate of any Social Science or business course
• Must have at least 5 years solid experience as auto sales trainer
• With relevant experience in sales
• Exposure in the entire phases of training cycle is required.
• Has good project management and human relations skills, results-oriented and analytical
• Approachable, tactful and capable of dealing with people of all levels within the organization
• Has above average communication and presentation skills
