Automobile Sales Training Specialist

Responsible for implementing comprehensive training plan and programs geared towards building the competencies of dealership sales personnel at different levels, which covers facilitating training programs related to sales skills and processes, product orientation, among other developmental training aimed to augment the capabilities of automobile dealers' workforce in realizing sales objectives.Monitor and analyze the dealers' sales executives and sales managers performance and records. Study the automobile market through competitor analysis, mystery shopping and other market study efforts beneficial in achieving sales goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate of any four-year related course

• With at least 2-3 years solid experience as sales training specialist, sales coordinator or any sales position which proves his/her capability to perform the job.
