Automobile Technical and Quality Specialist

Prepare and review Field Technical Information Reports (FTIR) from dealers and submit them to the manufacturer through the SCAN system. Serve as the main communication link between the manufacturer and dealer technical teams. Provide technical support to resolve product quality issues through phone assistance or on-site dealer visits. Assist dealers with diagnostics, repair procedures, and warranty-related concerns. Track recurring technical issues and work with concerned teams to implement corrective actions and improve overall service quality.

Qualifications:

• Completed Automotive-related course, preferably technical or engineering-related.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the automotive field (e.g., Field Technical Staff, Automotive Technician, Lead Mechanic, or similar roles).
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently. ...
