Automotive AI Regional CSM – Onboarding & Growth

PODIUM is looking for an Automotive AI - Dealership Success Manager to engage with high-value automotive customers in Chile, Región de Los Lagos. In this role, you will manage post-sales contact, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure successful onboarding and utilization of AI products. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management within the automotive industry, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maximizing customer retention. The position involves approximately 50% travel within the assigned region.
