The Candidate Must Have The Following Knowledge In
Knowledge of assembly processes for TRIM, CHASSIS, FINAL and VEHICLE CERTIFICATION, Basic systems of models assembled at Saltillo Truck: DJ, D2, DD, DP, DX, DS, DT, Minimum competencies required for the functional groups of Electrical, Powertrain, ISD, Chassis, Operation of tools, conveyors, fixtures, poka yokes, machines and equipment used in the automotive assembly process, Automotive Manufacturing Standards and Federal Regulations for Automobiles, such as government and product requirements: SPW, PS, MQGRs, Corporate Surveys of the process, Knowledge of Quality and Manufacturing indicators in Internal and External KPIs such as FTQ OUT, FTQ IN, DRR (FTC), DVX, PQG, 3MIS, 1MIS, SCA, SCRAP and LINE STOPS (FIS). -, Basic problem-solving tools according to SPW methodology: REACTIVE, PREVENTIVE, PROACTIVE. -, Process Observation Specialist., SPW Domain Basics (SMQDCE) such as WO, CI, AM, TMS, TC, TPC, COST (SCRAP).
