Job Summary

The Automotive Associate is responsible for processing, reviewing, and managing warranty claims in compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards. This role works closely with service, parts, and technical teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely submissions, and proper resolution of warranty-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, process, and submit warranty claims accurately and on time
• Verify warranty coverage, labor operations, and parts eligibility
