We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to join our team. As a BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in generating sales opportunities for our automotive dealership. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and effectively guide potential customers through the buying process.
