- Support the Category strategy for components in the region in alignment with the global Category strategy maintaining **strong relationships with the suppliers.**:
- Drive competition in the region and **negotiate to achieve targets with the suppliers** under your area of responsibility
- Participation on continuous improvement process (Quality, Process, Time) related to Supplier base under her/his responsibility
