**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year call center or customer service experience
- Conversational English level required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding dialogue and active listening skills
- Positive attitude and strong phone presence
- Ability to follow defined business processes and take ownership of assigned tasks
