• Greet customers and assess their service needs
• Communicate effectively with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles
• Provide accurate cost estimates and prioritize repairs
• Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain customer satisfaction
