The Service Advisor is responsible for leading the customer experience within our service department. You’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop team — providing trusted advice, clear communication, and ensuring that every visit exceeds expectations.
The key responsibilities of the Service Advisor.
Answering customer inquiries and providing advice and recommendations relating to the service and repair of their vehicles
Making bookings for service and repairs 
Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
