As a Service Support Cadet. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overflow contact for booking requests and inbound phone calls to ensure every enquiry is handled.
• Assist Service Advisors in exceeding customer expectations by making their in-person experience seamless
• Support the Consultants with sales throughput to create a seamless relationship between both departments and improve overall cohesion.
• Provide customer support for lifestyle and Porsche merchandise sales
• Learn all the required skills to become a fully-fledged Porsche Service Consultant as our business grows
