Key Responsibilities & Core Competencies

Primary Duties:

• Review, edit, and upload mechanical breakdown inspection reports, including photos and videos.
• Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, and use proper technical terminology before submission.
• Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and internal teams via phone, email, and instant messaging.
• Respond promptly to emails and assist field technicians with inquiries or troubleshooting.
• Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle administrative tasks as assigned.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a stable internet connection.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
