Automotive Warranty Support Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Execution of warranty repair settlement processes within the OEM regional structure
• Monitoring and controlling warranty costs within the Dealer Network
• Training and supporting the Dealer Network on warranty policies and systems to ensure correct handling of warranty processes
• Implementing, supervising, and updating warranty processes within the Dealer Network to improve Customer service
• Preparing periodic warranty settlements between the OEM and the Dealer Network
• Reporting on warranty KPIs and preparing related summaries
• Supporting other departments on warranty, goodwill, and mobility procedures
