Autonomous Mantainance Coordinator

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and building high-performing teams? As an Autonomous Mantainance Lead , you will be responsible for developing and executing the Autonomous Mantainance strategy across production lines by strengthening Equipment Owners’ (EQOs) capabilities. This role ensures productivity improvements, elimination of losses and waste, and sustainable manufacturing results through the company’s methodology.

You’ll work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement teams to embed Autonomous Mantainance as a day-to-day, shift-to-shift way of working. This is a key opportunity to enable capability building, process optimization, and cultural transformation on the shop floor. This role is located in out Toluca plant
