Job Description

Sussex Insurance – Salmon Arm (Inside Walmart) has a full-time position available for a Level 1 or Level 2 Autoplan Agent. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months experience with all ICBC transactions, although we are willing to train the right person. We work a 3 day on 3 day off -12 hr day rotation. We are open 7 days a week. Competitive wage and benefit package included!


Duties will include, but not limited to, sales & cross-sell of ICBC, Private Auto, and other insurance-related products such as Travel, Recreational & Marine along with other office-related tasks such as batching, stock ordering & reconciliation inventory control etc.


Skills Required:

  • Provide exceptional customer service

  • Experience with all types of Autoplan transactions

  • Excellent verbal communication and typing skills

  • Ability to participate in upsell & cross-sell initiatives
