Job Description

Sussex Insurance – Inside Superstore, 160 st in South Surrey  is currently hiring experienced Autoplan Agents to join our growing team. We are looking for both full-time and part-time Level 1 or Level 2 agents who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the counter with Autoplan insurance services

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently

Provide accurate product information and policy advice

Help customers select appropriate insurance products and services

Recommend additional products or upgrades when appropriate (upselling)
Qualifications:
Level 1 or Level 2 Autoplan license required

Experience with ICBC Policy Center is highly preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
