As an Administrative Auxiliary, you will efficiency the success of our Manufacturing through administrative process and reporting to the Plant Manager
This Job is located in #LI-Onsite
**Key Responsibilities**
- Transaction review (inputs and outputs)
- Create purchase orders for the acquisition of goods and services
- Create bill of lading complement and freight tracking.
- Monthly closing reports.
- Confinement
- Semi-annual inventory taking
- Invoicing of Finished Product
- Lead all responsibilities about our internal and external clients
- You will be reporting to the different areas and Managers of our Manufacturing plant
**Qualifications**
- 1+ years experience
- Industrial Engineer, Logistics, Business management
- Languages English basic
- Excel Intermedio-Avanzado
