**Activities**
- Serve as clients' first point of contact, providing empathetic communication and guidance.
- Manage files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation and filling forms and documents.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, interviews, and meetings.
- Conduct administrative tasks such as interviewing clients, requesting documents, submitting them promptly to the appropriate agencies, and maintaining records.
- Work closely with the team to ensure timely progress.
- Provide general support to the team as needed
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a law firm or in a corporate legal department.
- Experience with office management systems and procedures.
- Previous experience in the Legal field is a plus.
