Zapopan, Jalisco. The position is available as Tiempo completo or Medio tiempo , depending on the shift. Working hours include early‑morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the warehouse manager in shipment logistics.
• Process manifests and spreadsheets, request corrections, and archive them.
• Maintain accurate records for all shipments.
• Receive, handle, and file original shipment documents; manage and track original HBLs.
• Control physical and electronic shipping files.
• Enter international shipment data into SAP while following group policies.
• Generate shipping documents, transport agreements, and other required written materials.
• Handle inventory variations with prior approval from the supervisor.
