BASIC FUNCTIONS

Under the supervision of the Import and Export Supervisor, this position is responsible for preparing export shipment documentation and supporting supply chain logistics activities.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for exporting samples, returning raw materials in their original condition, and handling service parts requests (tank caps).

2. Support for Special Operations in the SAP management system.

3. Tracking and requesting rail transport services.

4. Closing customs clearance for virtual operations with national suppliers and the customs broker.

5. Supporting the processing of finished product shipments in the SAP production management system, verifying that products meet production requirements, reporting any missing items so they can be added, entering transport informa...
