Job Description
- Patrolling and monitoring activities on the companys premises regularly to ensure the environment is safe and secure.
- Write reports as a result of item 1.
- Controlling the physical entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles at all times, according to protocols.
- Assistance by coordinating the movement of guests in and out of CeMAP facilities and coordinating with CeMAP personnel involved.
- Monitoring surveillance cameras and regular (hourly) recording of activities in and out of CeMAP facilities.
- Answer telephone calls to take and record messages during non-business hours.
- Control and protect the duplicate keys for each room.
- Ensure that lights and other electrical equipment are switched off after office hours except when there is advice from a CTC-authorized personnel.
- Accomplish sampling checklist each time there is a sampling activity.
