Location: San Francisco, CA
Length: 1 year contract to hire
Hours: Standard working hours
Job Description:
Support All-Hands meetings and larger internal/external events (Tiers 1 & 2)
Setup and breakdown of events (if applicable)
Integrate company communication platforms with physical meeting spaces
Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues in event spaces
Collaborate with Workplace and Facilities teams on room and venue preparations
Develop technical plans for regular corporate events (quarterly reviews, team meetings)
Provide guidance to Level 1 technicians on company equipment standards
Support remote employee participation in hybrid events
Participate in cross-departmental planning meetings for upcoming events
Train and mentor Level 1 technicians
Assist with equipment procurement recommendations
