Verify power availability, earthing, and cable pathways.
Check network points, bandwidth readiness, and rack space.
3. Equipment Planning
Identify suitable locations for displays, projectors, speakers, cameras, and control panels.
Recommend mounting solutions and device positioning.
4. Compatibility Review
Ensure compatibility with existing IT/network infrastructure.
Validate integration requirements for video conferencing and collaboration tools.
5. Risk Identification
Highlight physical or technical constraints (ceiling height, ...
