Job Description

                    Activity Details (Scope of Work): The scope of work includes site survey, supply, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of the Video Conferencing (VC) system. Work covers installation of displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, VC equipment, cabling, power and network connectivity, system integration with platforms such as Microsoft Teams/Zoom/Webex, functional testing, user training, and handover of documentation including warranty and test reports. All equipment will be installed, configured, and tested to ensure smooth audio-video communication and reliable meeting room operation.
